• How often should I clean my carpet?
  Most of our customers invite us to their homes and businesses at least twice a year.  Depending upon traffic in your home or office, your carpets may need cleaning more often.
   
• I got an estimate from another local carpet cleaner, can you beat their prices?
  We pride ourselves on superior cleaning at reasonable prices.  Let us know your current estimate and we'll be happy to compare our prices for you.
   
• My 5 year old son spilled grape juice on my carpeting, can you get it out?
  It's possible, however, we can't guarantee removal of any permanent staining.
   
• I'm planning a special party, how far in advance do I need to plan to have my carpets cleaned?  We'll be sure to schedule your cleaning in advance of your event.  Please contact us at least a week prior to your event. 
   
• I have an expensive oriental rug, can you clean it?
  Please call us so we can learn more about your carpets and determine if we can assist you.
